I found my way to yoga through a personal need to come home to myself — stepping away from life's noise and the weight of my own expectations, and discovering in asana a quiet thread back to who I truly was. From my 200-hour teacher training at Gertrude Street Yoga, that thread continued into breathwork and meditation, before expanding into a more holistic, psychosomatic practice through my work with Collective Being and Yoga For Humankind.
With over 500 hours of training across yin, somatics, trauma-informed practice, and pranayama, I've continued to deepen my understanding of what it means to truly inhabit a body. At the root of my practice is a deep awe of the human experience, and a reverence for the body's intelligence and capacity to meet life in all its many forms. I explore this through somatics, asana, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and breathwork — as ways of grounding and connecting you to your body, your community, and the more-than-human world.
I've held space across public studios, community and public health settings, and individual practice, supporting clients through the full range of what life brings. Guided by a genuine belief that movement is a way of coming back to yourself, my curiosity and care are present in every session — expect to feel seen, held, and a little more at home in your body.
To start, tell the story about why your brand, product or service is unique. Add a background image that keeps your visitors engaged. If you include a button, add a call to action that lets people know what you want them to do next.

All of our lived experiences are completely different — not just from each other, but from one day, or even one moment, to the next. With a focus on choice-making and attunement, and an unwavering belief that you are your own best teacher, I guide with the intention to bring you closer to your body and your own, beautifully unique and ever-changing experience.
My offerings focus on asana as a way to ground and connect us to our bodies and each other — drawing from yoga, somatic movement, pranayama, qi gong, tai chi, and Daoism to create a collaborative space for curiosity, self-understanding, and meaningful change.
I'm interested in the ways our bodies hold experiences, emotions, patterns, and wisdom that words alone cannot always reach. If we’re in a 1:1 session together, we may explore body awareness, movement, breath, and nervous-system-informed practices alongside conversation — creating space to gently listen to what is being felt, sensed, and held.

I acknowledge the Wurrundjeri Woi Worong people of the Kulin Nation as the traditional custodians of the sacred and unceded land I live and work on. I pay my respects to their Elders past, present, and emerging, and to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people part of this community I am a part of. I admire the deep connection to Country, the wisdom, beauty, and resilience of indigenous culture. May we listen and learn.
I hold a similar acknowledgement for the lineages my practice draws from. Yoga is an ancient, spiritual practice developed in what is modern-day India, and I recognise it as a lifestyle and a philosophy, not just a form of movement. I offer a deep sense of reverene to the thousands of years of yogic tradition originating in South Asia, alongside the wisdom of Daoist philosophy, and I'm grateful to the many practitioners who have taught me across both these ancient traditions and the more modern, still-developing worlds of somatics and pranayama. I move forward with humility as I continue to learn and grow in my use, understanding, and embodiment of these practices.
