Embodied Movement sessions are designed for those wanting to develop a deeper, moment-to-moment understanding of their body through an exploration of movement, conversation, and embodied listening.
My approach to movement and embodiment is trauma-aware and mental-health-informed, grounded in the understanding that you are the expert of your own experience. I work within a collaborative framework, where together we explore and develop movements, practices, and inquiries that support a deepening relationship with yourself.
Because every body and lived experience is different, the way you explore movement, practice, and pace will be entirely unique, shaped not only by your interests, but also by how you wish to meet the intention of self-connection and what that may look like for you.

I’m really looking forward to creating this with you.

I acknowledge the people of the Kulin nation as the traditional custodians of the sacred and unceded land I live and work on. I pay my respects to their Elders past, present and emerging and all Aborginal and Torres Strait Islander people part of this community. I admire their deep connection to country and the wisdom, beauty and resilience of their culture. May we listen and learn. To act in solidarity, pay the rent.
