roots of the practice

Yoga is an ancient, spiritual practice, developed in what is modern-day India. I acknowledge that Yoga is a lifestyle and a philosophy, and I strive to live it “off the mat.” I offer deep acknowledgement and honour to the thousands of years of yogic tradition originating in South Asia. I express gratitude to the many practitioners I have been fortunate enough to study under. I move forward with humility as I continue to learn and grow in my use, understanding and embodiment of these sacred practices.

meet me on the mat

slow into nidra

Thursdays 7pm

February 12th to April 2nd

An eight-week series weaving slow, mindful movement with guided Yoga Nidra, offering space for somatic energy to gently release through repetitive, gentle flow before descending into deep, supported rest.

rest & poetry

Dates pending for 2026.

A four-week series blending restorative yoga shapes with embodied listening through poetry.

Each session is designed to soften the nervous system, quiet the noise of daily life, and invite a deeper sense of connection to the truth of both/and, moving slowly closer to a reality where you feel attuned to the dark within the light, the light within the dark, the oneness of everything.

in studio

I’m currently teaching in studio at Gertrude Street Yoga.

You can flow with me through a vinyasa, connect to the movement of your body in a gentle flow, or find rest and restoration in a yin offering.

The best way to keep track of my current schedule is through my instagram.

embodied movement sessions

If you would like to practice together outside of a studio schedule, I also offer one-on-one sessions.

These sessions take place either in a studio space or online, offering a grounded container where we can co-create and explore movement and practice as a way of deepening your connection to your body.

If you’re interested, find out more below.

youtube offerings

If you need a fix of at home yoga, you can practice at your own pace through my pre-recorded youtube offerings.

These slow flow classes are built around fluid, gentle movement designed to bring you into your body. There are no peak poses here and options and variations are suggested throughout. It's just movement to make you feel good.

acknowledgement of country

I acknowledge the people of the Kulin nation as the traditional custodians of the sacred and unceded land I live and work on. I pay my respects to their Elders past, present and emerging and all Aborginal and Torres Strait Islander people part of this community. I admire their deep connection to country and the wisdom, beauty and resilience of their culture. May we listen and learn. To act in solidarity, pay the rent.
